Who these terms are with

Jersey Chimney Pros is a referral service operated by AVYON GROUP LLC. We are not a contractor. Registered address: AVYON GROUP LLC, 1914 Thomes Ave, Ste 2 #3374, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. These terms apply to this website and to bookings made through it. They do not replace the written quote and contract you receive from the contractor for the work itself, which governs the job.

Prices shown on this site

The prices published on this website are indicative ranges for Ocean and Monmouth County. They are not a quote, and they are not an offer capable of acceptance.

Your price is set after an on-site inspection and given to you in writing before any work begins. The on-site inspection is $99 plus tax, deducted in full from the quote if you approve the work. The written quote is free, and you approve the price before anything starts.

Prices shown are for the current year and may change without notice. If a published range is wrong because of a clear error, we will tell you before you commit to anything.

Booking an appointment

• Booking online reserves a real slot on a local contractor's calendar and is confirmed instantly.
• The earliest bookable day is the day after your booking — we do not offer same-day appointments online.
• You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation, by phone, or by email.
• If nobody is home when the contractor arrives, or access to the chimney is not possible, the visit may have to be rebooked.

Your New Jersey rights on home-improvement work

• Work over $500 is carried out by the contractor under a written contract stating the total price and the start and finish dates.
• The deposit the contractor may ask for is capped at one third of the total price (N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.2).
• You have three business days to cancel a home-improvement contract signed at your home, without penalty.
• These are your rights under New Jersey law. Nothing on this website reduces them.

Photographs of the work

The contractor photographs every job before and after, and you receive those photographs. We may also publish photographs of completed work on this website, identified only by service and town — never with your name, your address, or the amount you were invoiced. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Service area

We take bookings in Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey — 49 towns. If a booking is made for an address outside that area, we will contact you to cancel or redirect it.

Guides, price ranges and job walk-throughs on this site are general information written for New Jersey homeowners. They describe typical situations and typical costs. They are not a diagnosis of your chimney, and no article replaces an inspection.

The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to us. You may quote or link to them with attribution; you may not republish them wholesale.

Availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site and the booking calendar available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that either is free of interruption or error. If a booking fails for a technical reason, call us and we will place it manually.

We verify license and insurance when a contractor joins our network; however, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor holds the license and insurance required for the work being performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes relating to the work are dealt with by the courts of New Jersey.
